Definitely with you on the black high heels. I'm going to throw in thigh highs & garter belt.
Any lingerie. Well except panties. I 've worn them all my life, so they would have to be a special scented pair befor they do anything for me. But the sight of lingerie, turns me on to no end.
Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.

make-up makes me look and feel the most fem so that is it for me. my nice wig is a close second. i have been doing the panties and lingerie for close to 2 decades now but only in the last year have i started with make up and wigs and going public.
A toss up between stockings and heels. Maybe when the two meet is the best.
There are several.
But if I must choose one, it's heels.
Earrings and (maybe stretching the definition of "accessory" a bit) long polished nails are next.

Definitely the wigs, makeup, and the heels. They're all even, so no favorite between the three. Even in male jeans, heels just stand out and the hair is just a necessity. The makeup hides my male face, so that's also necessary...xD

I have always like a nice pair of high strappy heels (or even peep toes). That is certainly the best start. I really feel incomplete until I can finish with the whole ensemble including nails, make-up, wig, earrings and a tight fitting dress.
Definitely hose and heels. Love gartered nylons and black strappy sandals with a 3 inch heel.

Cute heels. Style and color can vary, but a good pair of heels would make me feel gorgeous in otherwise drab. There was a time when I wore heels as a guy.

Maybe it's just me,maybe I'm wrong here, but surely shoes, stockings knickers.. None of those are accessories are they ?
To my mind, accessories are the things like earrings, jewelery, hair-bands, fascinators, handbags, purses and the such. The things you add on after getting dressed and applying your cosmetics.
I can't say I have a favorite accessory, but I do have a favorite items, the thing that 'makes it' for me.... My wigs. I can't be without them, and things never felt quite right till I had them.
Heels.

Suspenders and stockings and, perhaps rather unusually, scarves and shawl wraps.
