For me its the careful time I take in preparing and Painting my Finger Nails as I love to try different blends of colors . It takes me roughly an hour or 2 to get them like I want them . I will admire how good they look especially in the morning when I wake up and find them still painted . It makes me feel as if I have waken up in a new Female body and it was just a dream being born a male .

My best was when in line a GG complemented me on my figure.
That was the best.

First, is when I get out of my boy clothes, and slip into a pair of nice tights or hose. I love the sensuality involved with the task. If the skirt is nice to the feel, I put that as second.

Then seeing myself in the mirror seeing how close I came to the image I wanted. Many times this is not a fully feminine image, but instead a pleasant or exotic mix of the two genders.

Then of course when I get compliments from on lookers or viewers. Doubly so when the person making the compliment is genuine in their statement as well as being born GG. Though ever compliment or piece of constructive criticism is most appreciated.
