I don't know why, but I had the urge to tell almost everybody I know about me, & did

I was on my en femme facebook chatting with a real life friend and joked about posting a pic of me fully dressed en femme on my male profile that has all my offline real life friends, acquaintances, people I know and haven't seen in a long time and family, and well, he encouraged me to do it..

Rather than do this, I created an album and prevented certain people from seeing it so that only those I chose to see it could.

I suppose I'll get their reactions or comments over the next couple days... IF they comment or say anything.

Congrats on this HUGE step. If it makes you feel any better, I did this a little over a year ago and I haven't lost a single friend because of it.

Interesting thing to do. It is a way to tell others about yourself.

Now you went and did it. I have been so careful on to let anything connect to my FaceBook page. It seems everything on the net will link everything to your FB page. Everytime I an on my fem side of the net I have to watch what I am doing.

Congrats on your huge step! Hope all goes well for you.

    Hi Lita,

I find this thread of yours to be intriguing.

In my reply, I cannot presume to know you beyond what you have posted in the couple months since you joined. Without going back over any of your post history, I do recall hearing of your venturing out with your supportive wife and even your daughter. I recall thinking to myself, and don't take this the wrong way, that you seemed to be moving very fast in this whole thing.

So in seeing this current thread, I took the liberty of lookng back on your first two posts ever in these pages. Nothing more, nothing less. I simply wanted to get a sense of what the genesis of Lita is all about. My impression?

    Pink Fog to the max!!!

And I don't mean this with any disrespect. You know your situation better than the rest of us but take a step back, you have accomplished in a couple months what it takes many of us to accomplish over the course of years. Not only are you having to navigate the waters of a relationship (and in being a father), you seem to be discovering what being a CD'er means to you (ie - progression) and as a byproduct, you are discovering your look.

Long answer to a short question, I'd move very slowly when it comes to what may feel like an overwhelming desire to tell the world who you are. You identify as male, enjoy female clothing and presenting as female. This is something that a lot of people have trouble getting their head around. Remember that once you let the genie out of the bottle, there's no puttng her back inside.

Best of luck to you in whatever you decide and in wherever your journey takes you.
