Veteran dressers r among us EVERYWHERE!

This happened at the SCC last year. The speaker asked every veteran, or active service man, to stand up. EVERY genetic male CD/TG at our table stood up! About 12 of us!
Please remember our boys and/or girls in the services today! And, the vets who guarded our freedoms! Many who gave their ALL!

If you're a vet, and wish to plug your duty or station, PLEASE DO!

I served during Viet Nam. Altho, NOT overseas.

U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.

Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!

I did a year in Iraq with the 21st Combat Support Hospital. I was the laboratory NCOIC.
I worked very hard to save the lives of our soldiers and equally as hard to save the lives of the Iraqi soldiers.

Oriskany! I've heard that name before. Were you on her when she sunk?

Someone once told me "Put on Your big girl panties and deal with it". If they only knew, I WAS ALREADY WEARING THEM.

I wear the bras and panties so my wife doesn't have to.

I missed Desert Storm by 3 days, and would have been recalled if not for transferring to the National Guard.

alas i got my leg crushed when i was young (it was 9 months before the Dr's said i could keep it) so i was not able to serve.
so all i can do or say is a very big THANK YOU to all who put time in either by choice or not. you all deserve our total gratitude for what you did and gave.
it does not mater if you were the front-line punk at the worst (****) place on this planet, or had a cushy job in a back water supply depot, or a nice easy job in your home town sighing up recruits.
we free Americans owe you a debt that can never be repaid.

USN 1966-1970, 2 years in the Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club aboard the 7th Fleet Flagship. I even had a wig stashed aboard ship with me. A very nice custom made one.
