Violence is just that, violence. Whether or not it is an organized and regulated violence (like football and boxing), or unorganized and unregulated (Gang violence). Why is it the regulation makes it any less violent, and in the long run, an insult to human ingenuity? Some of the more violent kids at my school WERE the football players. It was not the case for all, but wow the violent ones were pretty bad.

I had written about it before. Play on power and domination in sexual context has deep subconscious roots. In trans community it seems to be fairly prevalent as well as naturally born females do experience rape fantasies as well. One could shake their heads in horror, how can anyone fantasies about rape, but it is true and has its origins in experiencing domination of stronger, physically more powerful male over more vulnerable female. Outside of abusive context what excites female is the strength of her partner, the protector, the hunter. In the fantasy female becomes more vulnerable, submissive to male will and for some this becomes erotic. Such fantasies when experienced by transperson could be attributed to the same mechanism of identifying as female and being forced into female role by force, this also has subconscious explanation of relinquishing guilt associated with playing female despite obvious physical masculinity making it OK, "no longer in my hands" so to speak.
Violence is an atrocity, but it only becomes violence when one side isn't a willing participant, otherwise, violence becomes a game, sometimes brutal like football, or painful even to watch like boxing, but both parties are there because they enjoy it.
