We just called it "getting dressed" or "bring some cloths so you can dress" or "I would love to be able to go out dressed soon". The context made it clear that "being dressed" was not the counter of being in your birthday suit!

Most of my friends know what to expect. With an old friend from grade school, after I explained it to him, how he started asking from time to time if I will be in "uniform". He may not understand it but has never given me a hard time about it so I go along with this for him. Sometimes a friend might ask if "Genifer is coming?" Like I said in the beginning though, with most of my friends there is never a need to question.
Hmm...my girlfriend and I don't have a code word, for it. Now I kinda want one, though. Something cool...like: Operation Bombshell. Yeah...I dig it.
