The washroom issue has been a long ongoing debate with the Diva Las Vegas group. There has been some reported confrontations with Casino Security.

Anti-discrimination legislation (Nevada Senate Bill 311, signed into law in May, 2011, effective October 1, 2011) prohibits discrimination in public accommodations on the basis of gender identity or gender expression.
It is unclear as of this time as to what effects, if any, this legislation has on the use of gendered restrooms by TG people.

Great question Kelly, my wife and I are planning to go in April. I'll be enfemme the whole time.
From all the male washrooms I've used in Vegas casinos, I can tell you there are a lot of stalls/urinals and not a lot of people using them. If memory serves me right there are usually about 5-8 people in there at one time and sometimes 0. So I think if you go about your business, get in/out and don't hang around the mirror too long then you will do just fine. Having said that, I have never tried it in Vegas.
Whatever you do when using the ladies restroom sit down to pee, When in woman mode do as the women do. I use the ladies restroom when dressed enfemme, and I have never had any problems when in Vegas. You will have a good time in Vegas enfemme, be sure to stop by Glamour Boutique, and see Amy, she does great makeovers, and she will have great advise for you.
P.S. Dont use the mens restroom when you are dressed enfemme.

You're a lady. Use the ladies.
Rent a scooter (it saves a lot of walking & all the major hotels have them) and use the handicapped stalls. I never found rooms and elevators at any hotel built after ADA, restaurants, the Monorail, and other facilities that weren't scooter-friendly.

I emailed Harrahs and this was their reply to my email. They even have a page in which they state that G/L/TG people are welcome.
"It's my pleasure to assist you with your restroom inquiry. In regard to which restroom to use while visiting us, I would suggest using the men's room. I hope this was helpful Kelly. Please let me know if I can assist you further."
The reason why you are getting "Use the men's room/use the ladies room" is because there really is no right or wrong answer to this question. It all comes down to your own personal comfort level. Although I usually go out in a "guy in skirts" look, I have occasionally gone en femme, and I have used both the men's and women's rooms at various locales. Typically, I just pick the one that is less crowded.
However, I would also remind you that there's an option of just using the bathroom in your hotel room before going out, and when you'll be in the hotel itself.

Why not? I have seen GG's using men's rooms when they needed to and it was never a problem and to the best of my knowledge no women have been arrested for using a men's room (quite the contrary of a male using the women's room).
I don't remember any in a casino but using a unisex restroom is an option. Often public places have family friendly restrooms or smaller restroom that accommodates men and women. Ask security when in doubt. And if you are fearful about it they can accompany you if needed.
I am one who says use the room you are dressed and that has never been an issue (however I was with GG's at the time).

Geez I find this odd. So here we are clearly dressed enfemme entering the men's room? Here in Canada that would so absurd at our Casino, although I'm not sure of their policies either. I tried emailing them but it didn't work.

Marleena quotes a casino's policy, but the real problem is the non-employees that might be sharing the room with you. If one of them happens to become certain that you are male then they might cause a scene.
My policy is one of not giving any observer time to be worried. Walk in, close the stall door, do your business, wash your hands, walk out, clear the area. Do your primping elsewhere. Even if a skittish GG has reason to think that you don't belong in "her" room, the fact that you are gone makes her concern moot.

I've been to Vegas 4 times and have always used the ladies room. Let's see. Bellagio, Venetian, Saraha, Stratosphere, Imperial Palace, Mirage, Luxor...and a few more.
There are so many ladies rooms, and I try to use one of the quieter ones just to avoid any conflict.
All casinos and many restaurants have family or one seater restrooms. Look for them. They are the safest and best ones to use. If you cannot locate one then try to use a remote restroom. Casinos are huge, with many restrooms. Look for one not welll travelled and you will have no problem. Nevada law now permits you to use the restroom for which you are dressed. Of course they may be used by tourists who are not familiar with the law and they can make a big stink.

The industry mandate is that our guests are not to be interfered with when using the facilities associated with the gender they emulate and/or identify with. And believe me, nobody wants to jeopardize their job in this town over a bad decision effecting the guest's experience.

[SIZE="3"]Hi Kelly, I lived in Vegas until last year. Most all Vegas casinos have a "family" restroom located near the "men's" and "ladies" restrooms. This is the safest one to use. That said, I used the ladies' restroom for years before these "family" restrooms appeared with no problems. Just go in, take care of business and leave.. When we are out dressed we have the luxury of being able to use either the gentlemens or the ladies. We do however, have the problem of not really belonging in either one. In all the posts I have read on this topic there has not been a single one mentioning a problem in a restroom.

I need details! Me and the wife are going to Vegas later this year and a limo tour would be amazing! Who do you book this through? How much? Where did it take you? Etc...
Corporate policy is not the most important criterion; other users are. Most GG's would exit quickly on seeing a man; if you stay, they will suspect you are a CD and you may experience an adverse reaction. This possibility can be avoided by uning a unisex (aka family) restroom.
