Talking NO ONE understands but U, Closet Dressers!

    Just finished a dressing session.

The high is STILL hanging on! I don't know if it's endorphins, adrenaline, or something else! It's kind of a; satisfied, full, satiated, completed, relaxed, nothing else is like this feeling! All I know is, I can't stop smiling, EVERYTHING is rite in my world and I feel SO GOOD!

U CAN'T feel this way if u don't dress. U CAN'T feel this way if u dress everyday!

Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? Maybe u can describe the feeling BETTER than I!?
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.

Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!

I fully understand, it's like you can't get enough without overdoing and then if someway you do get to much it becomes plain and loses some of the appeal.

Obviously you've never scored the wining goal in overtime before? Or jumped out of an airplane 3,500 feet above the ground?

I understand Doc. I just discovered wigs and makeup that for the moment truly provided me a cross dressing high this past Wednesday. My wife is comfortable with me completely in casually femme dress in the house. Jeans, hose, shoes, bra blouse, a light lipstick, so I try not to abuse the privilege. This is very comforting to me, but does not provide the rush of a full dress episode like I have just been exposed to. I do not know what will be too frequently doing the full femme, but i would like to find the boundary, and then back away to maintain its uniqueness.

I will never score the winning goal in overtime while jumping out of a plane at 3500 feet like Karren, but I will.....oh,,,,,wait..she did not do them both at the same time? BUmmer, sorry for the boring life Karren, get busy...lol.

There are many things that provide to others, the same feelings you experience by expressing your gender self. For you , it's wearing female attire occasionally. For me there was a time being gender enhanced did that also. Now it provides a feeling of normality. Now, travelling as close to the speed of light as possible works for me every time.

i was gonna say something along the same lines. playing guitar and singing on stage, playing a great game of most any sport, a spirited driving session, rollercoasters, skiing, completing a major diy repair on my house or car, or introducing myself as maggie while in full makeup wig and dress. all give me the same satisfied feeling. i am an adrenaline junkky.

I would guess very similar to your goal, Karren! I watched the Lakers and Magic FINALLY knock off the HATED Celtics. And, Kurt Gibson hit that homer in the bottom of the 9th when he could hardly stand for the Dodgers. It feels something like that INSIDE, but with an overall calmness outside!

I would rate jumping out of plane more similar to me walking thru the entire shopping mall at the Paris Casino at last year's DLV dressed. NOT a feeling I enjoyed! But, like jumping from a plane, it's NEVER quite as difficult the second time is it!? Lol!

Or, descending out of an overcast with the runway centerline directly where it should be in front of the nose of your airplane.

Or, seeing that bowling ball make it's last trip down the alley headed perfectly for the strike that wins the match.

Or, having the restaurant cashier ask "Was everything was all right with your meal, maam?"

Come to think of it, none of these is as good as what you're experiencing, Doc. Enjoy it to your heart's content! I'm thrilled for you.

Or, discovered that the person you secretly loved, loved you back!

Or, one of your kids done you proud!

Or, everything went right with the painting or drawing you're working on, you're achieving your mind's eye, and for a time you feel as one with the medium and the subject! Now THAT's an elevating experience.

Or you made a perfect run down that mountain on your skis!

Or, you know you made a difference for the better in someone's day.

Glad you're having a good time, Sherry! Even though I don't CD, I know the feeling you experience.

I do get a kick out of being in girl mode, but for me, nothing compares to playing guitar onstage at a metal show and seeing people go at it in the mosh pit and love it. All to music that you wrote yourself. Doing that was such a huge rush and has yet to be topped by cding. But as they say, 'different strokes, for different folks'.

I am 100% with you sherry.
My sport takes me away for 3 days at a time and there is no possible way I can dress.

The feeling when I get home late at night after three days and let Suzy out to play is something that’s imposable to describe.
I have raced motorcycles, done acrobatics in aircraft, performed on stage, gone scuba diving, but nothing is the same.
    We are very blessed.

Thanks for this thread sherry, its put me in a good mood for the day ahead.

I quite understand. What a great way to relax, just kicking around in heels and skirts. Had a bit of euphoria myself today. It feels great every time.

When I was in the closet, there was much fear and anxiety over being caught but there was also the rush of the entire dressing experience. Now that I'm out, the fear and anxiety is gone and the rush has become pure pleasure. I can be totally relaxed and still present myself as Jill in most situations, yet I can still appreciate my male personna.

Yeah, I kind of know what you mean. When I am all dolled up, and look just right, its hard for me to stop looking in the mirror!! Sometimes I just hate going back to drab, when I look and feel really nice!!!
