I would have to say panties.
This really got me thinking and I was going to say that 1 is not the woman... it is a mix and blend as it is more of a felling than 1 item... Then, I thought about what do I actually do? It is very rare for me wear men's underwear... I will almost always have women' panties on... usually thongs as they are my fave, but sometimes lacy shorts. But even more than this I have painted toenails... unless I am wearing sandals... oh no! Summer is approaching!

I have to agree that I need the whole picture. Funny thing is, the most important item for my look right now is eyelashes. I take those off first and to me I look like a guy again.
From these choices i'll take a dress. I always have earings and panties on so that takes me at least halfway there!

I'd go with panties. Dresses are good, painted toes are cute and heels are super awesome but I can always wear my panties no matter what.

I like the whole package (dress, heels, makeup, etc) but I guess I'd say a sexy, body shaping corset. In second place I'd say makeup, I feel feminine when I wear some!
