Oh let’s face it, almost any dude in an 80’s “Hair Band’ qualifies as a CD. LOL
I think all my favorites have been mentioned so I’m nominating Lady Gaga. She still needs to stand the test of time, but I think she has a good shot at standing in the company of the musicians already listed.

All in all, I think David Bowie pushed it farthest without wandering into Drag Queen territory.
