    Crossdressing at the Hotel

    Hello

I always dress at my house when nobody is around when they take a vacation with out me, but this time there is no oportunity to do it so Im curious about dressing at the hotel but Ive heard rumors that some hotels hide cameras in the rooms for more security.

    Is that true?

Which is the " safest " hotel to dress with out " fear " ?

Also, do they check your luggage? the inside?

Really? That sounds like an illegal invasion of privacy. But I know that anyone that's worked in a hotel for any length of time has seen it all. Maybe you could walk down to the front desk en femme and ask them to tell you some hotel stories that will make your hair curl!

If that were true we'd hear a hell of a lot more scandals. Hotel's are where people go to do things they don't people to know about (or more often to do 'people' they don't want people to know about) but these things only ever come to light when people are followed to the hotel, not because someones watching them on a screen, so they're pretty safe as far as your privacy is concerned.

No, hotels and motels do not hide cameras in the rooms. That would be illegal.

Brandyj is correct, but let's look at this another way. Let's say you are the hotel manager, or owner. A member of your staff comes to you with a video of a guy in his room, dressed as a woman.
What exactly are you going to do with that? Call the police? It's not illegal and what you did is. Blackmail him? Really how would you know if he had enough money to blackmail?and again there is the legal issue of you even having the video. Call his wife and friends? How would you know who his wife and friends are? Post it to youtube? There are tons of videos on Youtube of cross dressers and they posted them themselves!

My point is that this is just another example of fear getting the way of logic and common sense.
Wake up people, nobody cares if you cross dress.

You have nothing to worry about with things like that in hotel rooms, I can imagine something like that happening in one of those shady motels but hehe. Just imagine the legal issues they would get into with people changing and horrible sweaty security guards spying on them eugh! (not saying all security guards are "horrible and sweaty" it's just a thought). Just be aware that if you feel like venturing out into the hall, then there is most likely going to be someone watching you on CCTV from there. <3

    Agelica:
I am responding to you post while at this very moment sitting in the Marriott Courtyard San Fransisco Airport lobby on the public computer while fully dressed enfemme. I was just greeted warmly by the front desk person upon returning from a full day of shopping. Most hotel personel have seen it all. I have never had anyone at a hotel give me any problems. I have stayed enfemme at hotels all around the country. Go check into a hotel and enjoy being Agelica.

As several others have said, this would be illegal and unethical for any hotel. As long as you stay away from the fleabag hotels (as you should in any case), you have nothing to fear except your own paranoia.

I just got back to my hotel room (Courtyard in Maryland) after a long day of work on the road. My evening routine nearly always includes dressing and makeup when on the road (and often enough at home). It really helps to relieve the day's stress, and I'm not about to introduce new stress by worrying about something like that.

Final line! No cameras, no inside luggage check! As Miriam said stay clear of the fleabags and you will be just fine! Hugs!

Relax girlfriend, nobody cares if you crossdress in a hotel room. But, as long as you're dressed pretty you may just as well go out on the town.

Hotels don't really care what you wear in them. As long as you don't tear things up. I have checked in as male single occupancy and left my clothing and make laying around. No one cares. I even checked in once as male and checked out the next day as a female. With the same clerk. He just smiled told me I looked nice and to have a great day.

I always travel with female clothing with me, have dressed in many jotel rooms, check your luggage, I've never seen one touch my luggage, you arfy your own, and no one byt you will handle it. in the rooms, it would be an invasion of privicy if they put in a camera, and if it's a nice place you could sue for a lot of money, so they just don't do that. What you do inside thast room is no body's bunniness but your own, besides what youa sre talking about is nothing compared to what happens in some hotel rooms!

The hotels want your money, not your secrets.

I've worked in hotels for 20+ years. There are no cameras in the rooms. Full stop. Maybe in Pyongyang.
Trust me, we've seen it all. I once had to persuade a celebrity, who you've probably all heard of, let a naked 6'2" trans escort back into his room to get her clothes and payment.
And I've never said a word. Before.

I wish they did have cameras in hotel rooms.
This lazy girl could then get a copy of my footage, saving me the time of doing my own photos.

They could have some lovely shots of me in my best silk nighties for free and maybe use it for their advertising literature.

Without a "court approved" law enforcement sting operation, video surveillance is illegal INSIDE rooms. Also illegal to search baggage inside rooms.

I said it was illegal...I did not say housekeepers do not search your luggage anyway... You are foolish not to lock luggage in your room...jus' sayin'...

of course...if you are staying at the Bates Motel and Norman Bates is the innkeeper...
Then you have bigger problems to worry about than hidden cameras!!

"Night Vision" binoculars/goggles etc. will reveal all active cameras, which appear as a round, white light when you are looking at them. So will these...
