I don't know of any method to make your nipples bigger, but you can get those stick-on silicone nipples and attach them to yours. I have 2 sets that came with my breastforms, (you can order them online for about 10-15 dollars) sometimes I will put on my 38A bra so that it will hold the nipples in place, just a suggestion...

I don't know about a natural way but they will grow bigger if you get them pierced.
About 2 x as an average.
I don't think piercing made them bigger, but of course they protrude more and are much more sensitive.
