I have a lot of electronica/trance on my playlist, and they may not be TG/CD, but here's a couple that always get me feeling girly:

Hey Hi Hello by Shaun Baker
    Piece of Heaven by Cascada
    Pretty much anything from Tatu

BTW, Shaunamac, that was Shania Twain.

All great songlists. I might add: Velvet Underground - Venus in furs to any of them. Leila xo

Hmmm, wikipedia says, "In 2003, the episode "Walking on Water" of BBC series Waking the Dead began with a version of the song performed by a transgender character."

Meh, they're both redheads that rock.

I'll add "Transvestite Blues" by Demented Are Go
    and
    "She's A Guy" by Built4Speed....for any rockabilly/psychobilly fanatics.

I don't know how Diana Ross' "I'm Coming Out" never makes it in these threads. Just too perfect for many.

Los Campesinos! - Songs About Your Girlfriend (The last time I was there / She let me wear her clothes / She painted my lips red / So that we both ensured / I'd kiss her every inch / My God the girl looked like she'd burned)

James - Laid (Dressed me up in womens clothes / Messed around with gender roles / Dye my eyes and call me pretty)

Cato Salsa Experience - So The Circus Is Back In Town (I like to dress up in drag / I like the feeling of being bad / I got some lipstick lying around / I got the make-up, and the glitter & glam)

Hole - Beautiful Son. This song is about Courtney Love dressing up her son in her clothes.

In the US they called this song "Pretty" and softened the lyrics a bit...

There's also a somewhat obscure Heart song I'm trying to recall....
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover. -- Mark Twain

Though well before my time, I am right now totally into all the songs & show tunes by Judy Garland. I just viewed a program all about her life on the local PBS channel. She had such a stellar career filled with magic, glamour & tragedy. Hugely used & unfairly treated by MGM, CBS & her dishonest financial handlers she was hurt but never defeated.

She was an irresistible, sexy, rockin, energetic, beautiful, loving & heroic woman. An extraordinary & inspiring entertainer. No quitter, she was a performer who truly wanted to please her audience & fans right up to the end; a heartbreaking loss when one of the worlds finest female singers died at the untimely age of 47 years.

I'm sure I'd have been crushin on her big time had I been around back then. In the context of her time, every one of these songs she's performed are Great :

    1. In Between
    2. Meet the Beat of My Heart
    3. I'm Nobody's Baby
    4. All I Do Is Dream of You
    5. Alone
    6. Easy to Love
    7. After You've Gone
    8. Over The Rainbow
    9. Come Rain Or Come Shine
    10. Just Imagine
    11. Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend
    12. Without a Memory
    13. Did I Hurtcha, Burn Ya, Cutcha Much
    14. Heartbroken
    15. Over The Rainbow
    16. I Got Rhythm
    17. Embraceable You
    18. Send My Baby Back to Me
    19. Yah-Ta-Ta- Yah-Ta-Ta (Talk, Talk, Talk)
    20. For Me And My Gal
    21. But Not For Me
    22. Everybody Sing
    23. Yours and Mine
    24. Got a Pair of New Shoes
