Ones straightness is tested when in girl mode but for me its feelings for other like minded people. Nothing has tempted me to cross the divide......yet.

It was the Tower of Pisa when I climbed it. After what happened, I knew I'd have to go on a diet.

I am not sexually attracted to men when I am not dressed, but my personality does shift when I am dressed. I still don't desire men, but I enjoy the sexual edge to our interactions (at least I did the handful of times I was out en femme). I am not sure what to make of this, but then I haven't tried particularly hard to analyze or categorize my feelings.

The way you phrased this jumped out at me too. I was "pretty sure" for most of my life. Then not so sure. Now I know Im not straight, but not gay either. My sexuality is evolving like my dressing. What I'm certain of is that I am attracted to women and transgender gurls like me. Even that may change in time, but who knows. One thing is for sure, none of it is weird, it just is.

I think I fall into the not gay group ,but as I have been told my not trying a encounter shall we say with a guy I guess I cannot truly rule that out.I had a counselor tell my once that I was afraid I might be at least bi and thats why I refused to even try a get together with a guy . I dont think so I am just not attracted to guys sexually at all.

    No, in here you're family...

Anyway, "pretty sure I am straight". I'd say go with that as a working title. If in fact it does turn out not to be true, you'll be the first to know.

Wow, this is a fun thread (like many). I had read probably at least 20 years ago that about 80% of cross-dressers are straight. In recent years I began to wonder if that's true, because all the porn guys in women's clothes and in other media seem to be gay. I worried long ago that I might be gay, but after thinking about it I realized I'm not attracted to penises. I did find more recently though that I find cross-dressers and trans attractive, though I wouldn't have sex with them. I think I'd enjoy hugging and maybe kissing. More recently I saw a video of two hermaphrodites and I found them to be sexually attractive. I don't know if they're really hermaphrodites, but they definitely looked like it in realistic details. So I find that someone having a penis isn't a total turnoff, as long as the person is nonetheless an attractive woman. Attractive masculine women are also attractive to me, but not if they're real muscular. I don't like big muscles on men either.

So, addressing the person who said, "The weird part is my SO is trying hard to get me to have sex with a man, its become a very hot thought for her and it does make us hot in fantasy...." I could probably go for hugging and kissing an attractive, feminine man etc, but not actually having sex, if you can call that sex.

Addressing the person who said, "I guess I'd be gay if I transition from male to female; then I would be a lesbian", I feel the same way. I'd like to make such a transition, but I don't think it will be worth the bother at my age. By the way, I don't think I'd want to have sex with another person who did the same kind of transition. But then, I'll probably die a virgin anyway.

I will take it a step further. I like women so much that I want my body to be like a woman's (except for having SRS!) so much that I am on M2F HRT to shape my body to be like a woman's,

Added section: I am in no way interested at all with being intimate with men. The idea personally nauseates me.

I am not just pretty sure that I am straight, I know that I am! I dress enfemme because I like the fit, feel, and look of feminine clothes. I told my late wife of almost 50 years of marriage that if she ever saw me look at a man in a sexy way to just shoot me dead. Because I obviously was already insane!! So, Gina, you are not wierd at all. You just have good taste in clothes!!

Not wierd at all, I'm straight but love to dress and look pretty. I've never had any desire to be with a guy sexually whether I'm en femme or in drab.

Gender and sexuality are separate things.

It's easy to get them mixed up, especially when you start wondering why....

Just going to reiterate. No weirdness here amongst the crew here. i am straight, but find it of no benefit or significance to compare a gay guy who wears women's clothing to a straight guy who wears women's clothing. I find that the psychological reasons to wear women's clothing are most likely similar for each person. I LIKE TO WEAR WOMEN'S CLOTHING. Some of us will go deeper with serious transgender concerns, and some have transsexual considerations. Nothing weird, just an internal necessity that must be filled.

Where we suffer is in the all to general definitions that the public is willing to accept. "gay behavior" Of course everyone knows what that means, right? BS! Unfortunately anything out of the mainstream gets labeled gay behavior just because it is different. Next, by default the gay behavior label must equate to being gay, and therefore you must be attracted to men. The narrowness of the general intellect of our society.

The responses here give you a good idea of who we are, and I have seen no weirdness here, but i must admit I have not been out drinking with anyone on a Saturday night, so my no weirdness must be qualified somewhat....lol

i admit I'm bi but such is life. ive only been with two men in life and one women dressed fem. I love both experiences equally as they have been very touching moments. when with a man, I loved it but what made it great with the men was I knew them as a person first...a friend with whom I shared what I did with crossdressing. So when we shared the moment, it felt even more amazing. passion is passion. no doubts, no regrets

Can pull of a very fem look, but yep, I like women. More attracted to them when dressed than when in drab. :P

Oh, sometimes I really wish this was facebook and I could like a post! Anyway, I too am married and straight. I have no attraction to men as sexual partners, but completely love everything about women. Another interesting thing, when I'm not in pretty mode, I'm very masculine in my attitude and apperance. The crossdressing give me the oppertunity to express the rest of my personality.

I'm the same. I'm a crossdresser, I'm almost sure I'm not straight and I'm weird. Yes, there's been a bit of confusion throughout my life.
