Gina I've heard that San Francisco is one of the best places in America to get out and it sounds like you are living proof of that. It sounds like you are on vacation, so with a little luck you'll get more chances before you have to go home. Enjoy these moments, those first times out in public can be very special memories.

They probably didn't stare because you looked just fine. Keep the confidence from this trip if you decide you want to do it again. It will serve you well. Congrats on a successful first time out and I wish you many more.
