I have heard most medical professionals don't blink an eye at what people are wearing. I have never been out in public dressed or underdressed. I'm very comfortable just dressing at home and have no desire to go out. It is more relaxing being at home and enjoying the feeling of the clothing. Just my thing and the way I feel.

I guess you never know what's going to happen, where and when. Some of you are sooooo comfortable about wearing panties 24/7, I just wonder if you have all the bases covered. Remember the incident of Steve Lyons pulling his pants down after sliding into first base on a bunt back on July 16, 1990 before 14,000 fans at Tiger Stadium.

I was recently in an accident, and the force of it all tore up my jeans in four different places. Weird how those things happen, fortunately that day my undies were black, and not the bright pink ones. LOL No one said a thing through the entire process. It is hard to maintain any sense of anything while two others are helping you on and off of the x-ray table. Been to the doctors and specialists several times and no one has asked me to remove any acticle of clothing that would display any underclothing of any kind. I have had my pants off, but then placed hospital shorts on instead, this while the doctor was out of the room. Drats, I could have worn my bright pink undies those days. LOL As some one once said, "don't sweat the small stuff... its' all small stuff". There are do many things that are really important in life, what I wear today is not one of them. I'm still alive, that is important!
I like myself, regardless of the packaging that I may come in! It's what is on the inside of the package that counts!

One of our friends (A T-Sister,) took a dive off the end of The porch over at Georgie's Alibi in St. Pete. (I imagine you know the place.) It broke her leg, and they had to call The Ambulance.

Over at The Hospital, the Nurses helped her to remove her clothing, and get on A Hospital Gown. Then, another friend was advised to remove The Femme Clothing. By the time The Wife gets there, no evidence! When The Mrs. asked about "His" Clothing, she was advised that The Ambulance Attendants had cut everything up with bandage scissors when they treated their patient on the scene.

Now this occurred in an area of St. Pete where lots of us kind of "inhabit." But, I would assume it's pretty typical. I work in The Medical Field, and our job is to treat, "The Whole patient, and do no harm." Avoiding Family Conflicts would normally be part of that job. If in doubt, ask them to remove your pretties! Can't imagine they wouldn't comply.

What The Cops would do during, and after an arrest. I'm not sure. (For clarification, I'm referring to an accident where you might be at fault and arrested.) But normally, if you go to jail, wouldn't you be issued An orange jumpsuit? I would think that would solve that small dilemma. Then, you concentrate on making bail!

    Peace and Love, Joanie

i skipped a lot of postings here, but the emt and emg room workers do not care or have the time to care what you have on. just as long as it does come off with out a key. (they might not have it). they are far more interested in keeping you alive. stopping the leaks, etc.

and yes they have seen a quite lot, so no problem for them.

sure some times after the day is over, they might say i saw this (*) today. but no names or such said. but only talked about as a interesting thing, not as a putdown.

i had one nurse in the emg tell me she loved the style of my panties. (in a good way).
it has been a very long time that i do not put on any male undies, or pants, tops, etc. even when presenting as male.

and sadly one never knows if or when something bad is going to happen. so just be clean and have clean undies on.

I go to the pool at the local YMCA everyday to swim. I do not own mens underwear, only Victoria Secret panties - mostly pink cotton. I have clearly been seen, and never had a problem. I also have shaved underarms, and for the last three weeks, shaved legs for the first time. My panties have also been seen by doctors, nurses, hospital workers and massage therapists. Who cares....its who I am.

Yes, i was in a car accident, but not just 'underdressed'---fully dressed en femme. I was approaching an onramp to a highway and did not notice in time that the car in front of me had suddenly stopped. I was able to slow down some, but my car still hit the back of the other car. So there i was in a (cute!) skirt and top and heels standing out there talking to the other driver.
Fortunately, she turned out to be a very nice young lady and was friendly. We looked at the (relatively minor) damage to the back of her car and agreed on an amount that i should pay her. Luckly i had enough cash on to cover the damages; so i just paid her in cash and we went our separate ways.

I only have my femme undies and I do underdress every day for work, stockings, panties, bra. I do not worry about being discovered if the unforseen were to happen as I am into my lifestyle and I am comfortable with it. Hospital staffs are used to the unexpected and they deal with the circumstances. When i go out fully dressed, I do not think about mishaps, but if they were to happen I would just have to deal with it at the moment....Veronnie2

I wear panties all the time. When I go to the gym and change, the first thing I do is put on my t shirt then continue stripping and put on my gym clothes. When I get dressed the first thing I do is put on my shirt and then my panties. The shirt covers enough of the panties that you would really have to be staring at me. I have never had an incident. If I was ever in an accident, it would be awkward.

I could only imagine getting into a bad car accident and when your in the hospital they hand the cloths you were wearing at the time to the wrong person and see the look on there face when they see women panties, pantyhose and maybe a bra. Don't want to thing about it.

Driving and dressing is my absolute favorite. I don't post here much but do have good intentions to try, however I drove from Brazoria Co. to Waco this morning dressed in a black body breifer and half slip. Really didn't think or worry about a whole lot of anything except where I'd stop and change.

I wear panties 24/7. A couple years back a friend invited me to his gym as a guest to do some rock climbing. I figured that would be it, not getting sweaty requiring a shower.....Well he insisted on hitting the hot tub/ whirlpool.
Shower time! Somehow I managed to change without comment, possibly noticed tho.
Have been more careful since then.

I just wrote in another thread that I was thinking about taking a 500 mile drive tomorrow en femme. This thread makes me just want to do it more. Why? The other night, just outside the subdivision where I live, the highway patrol was checking DLs. There was no way to see them until you were all over them; no where to turn around, no way to back up and, you guessed it, I was completely en femme. Another gal told me one time if I ever got pulled over to hand the officer my license and act just like I would if I were in guy mode. I did and he said, "Thank you ma'am," and motioned for me to move along.

I imagine if I'm driving and an accident occurs it will be like so many have already stated; if I have to be removed from the scene not under my own power, no one is going to give a thought to what I'm wearing. I just hope if it happens I don't get a run in my hose.

Last time I checked CDing was completely legal where I live. If I'm in a situation where my underwear is going to be exposed I will be in severe medical or legal distress and in either case CDing won't make a bit of difference to the outcome.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, the Q was ...isn't it likely that ONLY your SO would EVER know what kind of underwear you choose to wear?

In other words, being skeeeeeeered to wear any kind of underwear [one likes] is probably silly?

Fortunately I've never been in an accident but I was pulled over once while dressed and it scared the crap out of me. I must say he was very nice though.
I've driven from upstate NY to Florida and back a few times totally dressed and have never had a bad experience. Even while checking into hotels, getting gas etc I've not had any issues. I will admit that I'm pretty careful about using family rest rooms as well as where I stop. But the thought of an accident does make me wonder and a little nervous. But I guess if it's going to happen so be it. At least it'll give them something to talk about that day

Well they do make those adult diapers for accidents and surprisingly, they kind of help with the tuck. Oh.....you mean car accidents!

I haven't had one yet. But I am not going to sweat it. If I can shop next to them in a store, I can see them in the hospital. My neighbor is a radiologist and has probably seen me in my front yard a lot. Since I know him, I would probably feel a little awkward since we haven't talked yet, but that would be about it. I would rather have my injuries taken care of and feel awkward rather than have nothing done.

I don't think it would bother me a bit. I go out dressed quite a bit now and have pretty much gotten over that fear so, if I was dressed in guy mode with panties on underneath, it wouldn't bother me if a paramedic or nurse saw them. Who knows, maybe it would even be a hot GG that might even be turned on by them and ask me for my number!

In any case, whats the worst that could happen? You'll likely never see them again anyway.
