I have met and dressed with other crossdressers on rare occasions. Sharing this passion to dress enfemme in person is so much different than discussing it on the internet. All meetings have been non sexual and never were intended to be that way.

My close friend is a fellow CDer, and we have gone to parties dressed. I as usual am my androgynous fem self, but my friend was full fledged.
Oh wait, I have gone to a meetup with two other freinds Cross dressed, and I was full fem. That was a long time ago. One of my friends more cosplayed an anime character, but my other was more cross dressed.

And if you post suggestive pics on flickr you'll soon have plenty of admirers and other CDers leaving flirty messages so maybe you could find contacts there. And according to some of our members' personal experiences, you could always join any social site and state in your profile that you are TG, bi, and looking. Admirers and like-minded CDers troll those sites as well.
If I've misread you and you're not looking for sexual experiences then you could google any TG outreach support group in your area. My SO belongs to a great group that meets monthly. Spouses, partners, and family members are also invited and it's a good place to make friends, although the shared activities are dinner and social chat and not dressing together alone. But, there are always a few people who go out to TG and LGBT clubs for drinks afterwards and I'm sure that every group has a few members who are looking for meetups as well, so you could give that a try.

I wouldn't say that I am a CD for purely sexual / fetish reasons, but I can very much get a sort of sexual thrill by being with a man dressed en femme.
For me personally though I probably wouldn't really want to "get dressed" with another partner. I don't like others seeing the transition as I feel like it detracts from the "illusion" I'm going for.
In a non-sexual environment though I'd be very interested in getting the help of other transgurls or GGs for sure!

Like Janessa, I have met with other CDs on many occasions and like anything else in life sometimes it was great and other times not so great. It all depends on who you are with and again, like anything else in life, attitude.

I haven't been with another CD, though have been with men while dressed. The main reason I think is that for me I want to be all girl in the encounter which to me means ignoring my male parts. Lately I have been thinking it might be fun to try though.
