my wife and the dogs first. then the girls ( breastforms} maybe a pair of heels on the way out.

Everything I have can be replaced, but there are some things I really like and would have a hard time leaving them behind in favor of something else. The one thing I would save is my corset, since it's the most expensive thing I have.
