Dont try to show them off. Just dress where they can be exposed and people will notice them. Unless you want to be noticed. Then wear the shortest thing possible that wont get you arrested

Matter of fact just the other day I was out at a shop wearing a short denim skirt and black platform pumps. A man came up behind me and said he really liked seeing a short skirt and heels on a girls. I acknowledged with a thank you and am sure at that instant he knew. I remained composed, his hand brushed my skirt and we were each on our way. Not a bad encounter...and an ego boost!
