    Question What if ???

What if the world were a different place where you could wear any kind of clothes you wanted to and no one would would think anything of it, would you completely get rid of your male clothes and present as a female 24/7, or would you still keep your male attire and wear both? It's a question I've pondered and for me I think I would wear nothing but feminine attire and present female 100% of the time. Hypothetical question I know but I would be curious to know what others would do.

    Results of this thread

    Of the 34 who responded:

    1. Throw out all male clothing = 17

    2. Keep some male clothing = 12

    3. Other responses = 5

Thanks for your responses girls, the ratio was closer than I thought it would be.

If this were the case, I am not sure it would be any fun. For me part of the fun is striving to pass as a female although I am male. If this were a "normal" behavior I would not stand out as different.

I'd probably be Sophie a tiny bit more frequently. Then again i enjoy male cosplay too, so I'd be dressed up as a Ghostbuster a hell of a lot too :P In all honesty i have to say that I really don't know, but i like being a guy and dressing like one too. The ratio of boy to girl mode in my hypothesis would not change at least not dramatically

I don't have that much left in male clothes right now anyway so it would a no brainer for me to rid myself of the last vestiges and enjoy full time status.
    I don't wear women's clothes, I wear MY clothes !

I might wear only feminine clothes and makeup 24/7, I guess. As a closet CDer, I couldn't dress up and make up fully for fear of being outed by family members or colleagues. If the world accept any kind of clothes, I'm sure I'll be addicted to wearing only girl's wear and heels and get rid of all the ugly trousers and men's footwear.

Life in women's dresses, pantyhose, stiletto heels, mini skirts, wigs and gorgeous makeup is so alluring and addictive.
I wish the day would come when my feminine look is welcomed and I can live as a woman out in public.

    Hi,

My time goes back to my forebears a land steeped in wars and hardship yet there were times of a peace though allways the thought of when next, Prussia the Renaissance times, i wont say all the garb = clothes worn then were lovely or even nice to wear, though if you were of the Kings household or very well off yes they did have lovely clothes some i have made & do wear,

The ? will i be feminine would i look like a normal female, my mind set is very much in line with those times , in many ways im not restricted in what i wear,

Many of todays clothes are lovely dont get me wrong , its just well something awakened in me for my past history, from my family,

As for male clothes you wont find any in our household, i dont have need of such, hated them any way,

I would be in skirts and dresses, thigh highs, and hose all of the time...heels are the most comfortable thing for me and I think that I would wear out all of my shoes because I would wear a different pair everyday, all day long. How I would love to be the "June Cleaver" or even "Lucy" dress wearer...I would never complain and be dressed properly everyday

I would differently keep the man cloths. I'm a service tech. Never want my girly cloths to get greasy.

The world is a different place, the more who decide that enough is enough and wear what they want, the less and less it becomes different. To the best of my knowledge there is no law anywhere in the world that dictates what you can and cannot wear. Get over your own fears and you can wear what you want when you want. Practicality is the only thing that should stand in the way.

i'd still dress in skirts and dresses. i feel more comfortable in them, and love the styles way more than anything made to our understanding of "male" clothing. i mean, its been over 100* for several weeks where i work, and humid. what i wouldn't give to be in a sundress! or sleeveless top, and work capris.

and, in this world where its accepted, to dress how we please, i'd be happy not haviing to do my hair or makeup as much... just to wear the clothes.
    when in doubt, smile

I enjoy dressing up! Both in boy mode and enfemme. I love being "hunky boy" looking good, and also the well dressed classy lady. Hell, I'd love to be dressed in a tux escorting me in a gown and heels to the Symphony!

I would wear the type of clothing that women would choose.
    Their style and fashions.
Whatever they may be they would be different towhat the male populace wear.
Men and women have different styles and I like to present with a nice pair of boobs for a start.

I would be in girl mode most of the time, but still hold on to male clothes/mode for some situations, ex. lawn work in 100 degree weather, exercise in 100 degree weather, when I just want to look like a slob or bum sometimes, trips to Wal-Mart or the laundry mat at 1:00 in the morning etc.

There are practical constraints that prevent me going 24/7, most notably shaving taking its toll on my face. But it would be nice to be able to wear what the girl next door wears without it being considered a radical lifestyle choice by others.

Well I wouldn't throw out my male clothes, but I would never buy any again, and when what I have is worn out it would be gone.
I think I would wear female clothes at least 90% of the time.
As far as yard work or other dirty jobs, Well that's what old clothes are for, and I have plenty of old female clothes, so why would I need male clothes for that?
OK, maybe it wouldn't take long before I would be wearing female clothes full time.

I have thought about this from time to time. I would still have both sets of cloths...... because I enjoy both

I would wear my skirts, nylons and heels somewhat regularly going to the office, but I would still have all my male cloths for practical reasons when working outside, and I would still on occasion wear my male suit or my Tux for certain social occasions. It would just give me greater flexibility to dress as the mood struck.

Sometimes it dose make me wonder if I am a true CDer..............

I would continue dressing in both modes, and would definitely dress more often in women's clothing.

Nice question! I think I would have a really uncommon style, mixing girls and boys clothes. Something like a girly Johnny Depp style with heels or something :P

I would be like a kid in a KANDY (sorry had to put that in) store. I would be wearing the most feminine stuff available until the novelty wore off. Once reality set in I'd be like every other GG you see in the shopping centres on Saturdays. Wearing Jeans and T shirt. If wearing really feminine clothes was really so great why do women choose not to wear them? My SO wears trousers to work almost everyday. Look in most clothing stores and the ratio between skirts 20% and trousers 80% is huge. Why is this if skirts are so great.
I must say the idea to wear what you want when you want woud be fabulous but when reality sets in I dont think it would be as fun anymore. I see people saying they would wear mens clothes to do manly things but women wear jeans regularly so why wear mens jeans? you could wear womens now and no one would notice.Ellie

Well if this world existed, then there wouldn't be men's or women's clothes, there would just be clothes. That said I would enjoy the freedom of being able to wear a skirt or dress or a nice blouse when I wanted to although I think it would be more of a blend rather than being all fem.
