I am retired military. Work on pulp manufacuring and a fishing gukdd part time
I am a teacher.
But I am just a CD and I can't for the love of me see how a transition would be possible on the job even if i wanted to.
The job has a lot to do with enforcing rules and imposing tasks on others.
I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to do it without my male persona. - I know my female colleagues do it - but I would have to start soooo again from the start.
But that's probably what being CD means.
Since I was in one scene on a TV show recently can I say actor?
When I'm not starring on TV shows I work as a civilian lab tech in a military hospital.
I have worked in the medical field for 30 years in the laboratory side of things. Very analytical and not much direct patient care. My view of the work fields previously mentioned is that there are a lot of analytical minds in the CD community represented here. It is surprising and comforting to me. Do others agree? Is this discussed elsewhere in the forums?
Cheers,
Danielle

I am an excavator operator, I play in the dirt for a living. I mainly do street reconstructions, removing the old infrastructure (sewer, water) and installing new. I was in Alberta's Oil sands last winter and got to play with the big toys..

CD, not trans, so I work in drab mode -- would love to be able to work en femme. I'm an attorney in a non-traditional attorney role (niche specialty) that I love. Formerly worked in the tech theater industry and am well versed in some of the trades, though only practiced for work around my and friend's houses these days.
