Chalk up another one here... I also get these fantasies while en femme, but only en femme or while fantasizing about being en femme. Back to dude-mode I'm just not into it and I'm kinda grossed out by the idea.
As Rachelakld said, it probably could happen if a gg partakes in it. I've lately been theorizing about all these from a somewhat modern psychoanalytic perspective... useless, I know, but fun in an academic sort of way. OFF TOPIC: I'd actually would find very entertaining if other therapists/psychiatrists/psychologists in here could gather and talk about it all.
