And if you ware panties to the doctor why not ware a bra with or without forms. I do when I see my shrink.
Maybe also wear female jeans and a female top.

I have only worn panties for many years now, I don't have any male undies. My doctor is a female and both she and her nurse must have noticed that I have shoulder length hair, usually have mascara and eyeliner on, use perfume, have nicely trimmed eyebrows etc. If your doctor is a good one, and mine is, he or she will care about your health not what you happen to be wearing.
So all this says is it is up to the individual. In the last eight months I have had two emergencies that required transport to the hospital and both times I drove my self home and changed first. That's me. I wish I could be so brave. But to be honest, I have more concern of how my wife would react if she found out I went to the hospital with panties on! LOL!

For some brands e.g. Jockey the only difference seems to be that one has a white label with black letters and the mens has black label with white letters, or is it the other way round?
I've been going to the same Dr. since 1992.... about 15 years ago I stopped at a Wal-mart I was wearing a light weight pair of shorts, a loose-weave shirt and underneath a back clasp bra and vanity fair briefs--- I felt very comfortable.
As I walked from my car to the door, I ran into him and his son. He called my named and I knew you could see the outline of the bra through my shirt (aka blouse) so I crossed my arms across my chest as we walked into the store together.
As we approached the door and slowed, he placed his hand on my shoulder and I know he felt my bra strap. I was mortified. I think I stopped and he looked at me and said, "You're looking good."
The next Spring at my annual physical he asked how I was doing and I told him I was doing fine (and I really was, retirement went through, relationship improved, some long ago thinks I did because I thought they were the right thing to do paid off big time) and he said, "Good, I'm glad to hear that, we were worried about you there."
I wear JC Penney towncraft briefs to the annual physical.
(it felt so good to write this)

I could have worn anything I liked because he referred me to a clinic for help with cding. The specialist at the clinic simply said, " No secrets, no problem, " and he could only help if my wife accompanied me to next session, she refused. The specialist wrote to my doctor instructing him to prescribe Prozac which I took until he became concerned about long term side effects.
Your doctor won't care what you wear, he is there for you medical needs, not a fashion show. I have under dressing for the last 10 years ( bra and all) I fill a 42C and I wear it 18\7 my doctors have incourged me to be who I feel good being. his hole staff knows about Rita and her under dressing. I have also been to my doctors totally dressed. So girl do what makes you feel good.
Also had a mani-pedi for Christmas (first time) and had my toenails painted a bright red. He'll see that too. He's become a friend over the years and I don't want to shock him. Most people think of me as a jock. Been playing sports and working out all my life. Right now I'm 5 lbs. below my college playing (basketball) weight and 5 lbs. over my HS playing (fb, bball and baseball) weight.
I am a full time panty wearer but keep a few tighty whities for this purpose.

Only thing that I leave home is my bra. Everything else I wear is female, panties, jeans, shirt, thigh highs, and shoes. Although leave the heels home.
I am totally out to my Dr., she supports me fully. She and her assistant both call me Contessa. At my Endo's office same thing I am alway's dressed. I am 24/7 panties don't matter. I don't own anything else. Of course if you are okay with being a guy the changing back and forth is what you do.

I'm TG. A fem-male so I look male sometimes.
Dressing is necessary, the type of clothes you wear not so much.
This above all to thy own self be true!
