Right now, I'm fully en femme, wearing what I put on in the men's locker room at the gym: brown polo shirt over sports bra, green jeans with flower-tooled leather belt, brown trainers. Carried my gym bag & brown canvas purse out of the locker room & into the cafeteria. No one pays any attention.
Don't wear female outerwear at work though.
