As a group we get along, most the time we auger over, hose or bare leg, short skirt or long skirts, we have so much in common, we are from every country, form every corner of the world. We should be ruling, making laws, and we have a better sense of right, and a better fashion sense. What say we.
We have a lot more things "not in common" that we do in common. Until we all agree on what we do, what we want and why we do it, where it should go and how to get the public to accept us fully - we will never "rule" anything. We are a great society but massively disjointed and fragmented one.
Sadly any dreams we have of making a difference or getting a better deal are just that... dreams.
I would tend to refer to us as a community. A community with the capability to rise up if organized. Collectively do we have a voice yes given the numbers however a mouse click 'like or a single tweet is not an army of change until there is an organized mission and leadership to channel the collective power.
I'm getting way to deep for a Friday. Time to a nice glass of wine and get into the zone.

That sounds silly on the surface, but it was actually done in many cultures. The natives of north America saw transgenders as "Two Spirit People" - they often became medicine men, shamen, healers, and "wise ones". In northern Europe effeminate men often stayed with the women and grew to be, for lack of a better word, "Wizards". Many seemed to have prophetic abilities, and many had an uncanny understanding of how to peacefully resolve complicated situations.
Effeminate males often lacked the physical stature to succeed in hunting and battle, so they turned to intellectual persuits. They would learn about herbs and medicines from the women, as well as how to prepare them for medicinal purposes. Of course, they also learned "dark" medicine, for example how to make poisons from wolf's bain, henbain, and other plants, insects, and animals, some of which could turn a simple touch into an illness lasting a week or more. This was probably one of the reasons they weren't killed off.
In Shakespear's MacBeth, lady MacBeth says "unsex me" to prepare to kill the king. Witches were often believed to be either unsexed or of both sexes, perhaps because many witches were men who lived as women.
Don Juan, aka Don Giavani, was actually based on the real life story of a famous singer who had quite a reputation for seducing a great number of women. Giovani was actually a castrati, and would probably have made love more like a lesbian. The reason he was never persecuted for his adventures was that everyone knew he was a castrati, including his female lovers and their husbands.
Many priests were effeminate or homosexual or both. Many great artists and inventors were also some combination. Many transgender and gay people have played critical roles in battle. For example, Alan Touring, who was both effeminate and gay, was the key to being able to easily crack Hitler's enigma machine. He also created the modern computer in it's earliest forms.
As for "Ruling the world", that's probably a bad idea. When any one group takes control, they tend to persecute other groups. The Amazons of South America used to castrate and enslave men, often killing male infants immediately after they were born. When Christians took over, they did ungodly things that were completely contrary to everything in his teachings.

On a serious note, they say there are more women in college now than men. Perhaps women will rule one day. In that era, perhaps CDers will be more accepted. If not, then we start our CD revolution. Id fly into battle with a tiara and camo skirt.

Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.
