For one million dollars - to heck with cross dressing for a year - I'd have a sex change and make it permanent!
For me the biggest issue would be coming out, but $1M might make me get over it.
Anything else and I'd just have to say that I'd be doing something I already love to do!
I'd even be ok doing the opposite.
Unlike a lot of other people though I could never see it as 100% permanent for me although I might take advantage and do some minor "adjustments" to make me more passable during and in the future if I could afford it.
Well the assumption is you do get the money at the end, but even then you can buy stuff in credit, and float it until you get the payout.
Either way your version assumes that the person has to present en femme to the same places they did before, and that might just be out of their control.
There's a few with valid concerns about work/family, and the SO taking stuff in a divorce.
It would be a great excuse to come out - I'm doing it for the money, not because I like it. Lol
