Reread your OP and anyone who would like to agree with Lena. In two short sentences you seem to have managed to take it upon yourself to decide how women should dress, what is decent attire for someone and what defines a cross dresser. Your attitude is no better than anyone else in society who decides that men should only wear pants and shirts, a tie to church on sunday and defines who a person is by what they wear. Take a good long hard look in the mirror, hypocrisy is not attractive.
Wear whatever you want. But don't you dare have the hide to judge others on what they wear.
