you know you are girlie ,
when you start spending more time in the mirror and also worrying about chipping a nail at work so you make the ultimate effort to trim them and file them

When getting ready for work in the morning and seeing my bra's outline and marks on my chest and back in the mirror . Also ensuring my toe nails match every season!
When your shaving your legs and realize how hard it is to get the ankle well=)
You know you're girlie when you wear a Pandora bangle bracelet in drab mode and compare charms with all your female coworkers that have a bracelet too.

It's when you only get your hair cut/styled/colored en femme.
when the majority of your behaviors cause people to question your sexuality your entire life
how abought when you go to the beach and people don't stare like what a freak show........
When you get asked to dance and your wife says go ahead.
In no particular order:
- Doing my nails
- Having my wife asking makeup questions
- Having a full length mirror
- Having one of those mesh hoods so that you can put on your clothes over your head and not ruin your makeup or hair (wig) style
- Loaning a bra to my wife
When you can't decide what clothes and hair accessories to wear when you go out to work in the yard.
Always a girl.
You hate it if you have snagged or laddered your pantyhose. I get so mad when that happened I am near to tears.
When you slip into a silky evening gown
cute thread!
I feel really girly when:
I put on fake lashes and crimp them with the curler
apply lipstick and lip gloss
the sound of my heels clicking on the floor
Ladies & Gentlemen, HER. 💋🌸💗
... when you nonchalantly cross your legs while standing.
... when jewellery catches your eyes before the next sports watch.
When walking through the women's department in a store and I think, "That would look great with my...pick an item from your closet.
Slipping into a new bra.
When it takes thirty minutes and about ten changes of clothes before you're ready to go out. MY CD SO Pamela's reaction, having just experienced this for himself for the first time, was enough to have me convulsed with laughter for ages and again each time I think of it.
Using day and night facial creams.
Doing my make up in the morning, even in guy mode.
Having my wife ask me about clothing and make up.
When I can't decide what to wear as I have so many choices.
Work on your elegance,
and beauty will follow.
When you go shopping with several women and they tell you how much they liked the blouse you bought.
I just saw this thread and had to respond. Of course when I'm dressed the girly feeling is obvious. As I dressed more frequently over the past few years I have found my feminine side ever so slowly pushing forward even when not dressed. For instance.
-crossing my legs all the time and having it feel so natural and comfortable
-walking with a definite feminine swish of the hips
-playing with my hair
-hand gestures that are clearly feminine
Any other girls have similar experiences?
When shopping in a VS, and the Sales Assoc offers to help you find the right bra size and offers you a dressing room to size it up. I love it when they come back to check on you and call you by your first name and even offer to check the fit. Oh, my! Dee Dee Lee
... when your parents have observed your dress sense, how you walk and how you hold your bag, for most of your lifespan, and they denounce you as 'guniang' (Singaporean English creole, meaning effeminate).
... when fashion brands start filling your Instagram feed. (Cliche as it sounds.)
"I have had a dress on before, but I have never felt this summer party kind of glam feeling. The flesh on my thighs pressing together, as if I was naked. On the other hand the dress was there, covering what was absolutely necessary. I had a body experience. When the flesh was more important than the clothes. Well, the clothes did add a lot. Plus the heels, plus the toenails. Also the corset reminded me constantly that I was dressed. Was a very sensual feeling. I could grasp what girls like in showing up at a poolside party late on a summer evening, in virtually nothing, in terms of clothes, but still made-up very feminine and tiptoeing in the highest heels their wardrobes had to offer."
