Wink Thank you for your thoughts and prayers

Back in November I posted that I had to stop HRT due to having surgery. When to make a long story short since that time I have recovered from colon cancer surgery and a quadruple coronary bypass surgery. I never had any symptoms of either illness and only found the heart problem when taking and EKG for the cancer surgery. Great outcomes as I am back at work and 26 Lbs. Lighter with about another 20 to go. Change in diet and increased exercise is working wonders.

Just wanted to let you Ll know that your prayers and thoughts were answered.

Dealing with cancer is a big deal, a really big deal. So is cardiac surgery. I can't imagine what was going through your mind as you contemplated surgeries for two serious diseases. It must have been just awful.

Now that they are behind you, and both, hopefully successful, I want to say "Welcome Back".

    Best wishes

While my recovery has put off resuming HRT, there are a couple benefits. Watching my diet I have been losing weight that I should have lost years ago, it was so easy to just go up a size for a good fit. Well now that I have lost over 26Lbs. I have to shop for some new clothes. This so sucks being forced to shop! What is a girl to do you cannot walk around in a sack. I will just pull up my big panties and start looking at all of the smaller sized cute clothes that I could never find in my old size. Hold your tears girls I think I can manage this task.

Wow, Paulette, that's a lot to deal with all within a short time period!

Glad to hear you've made it through!

I'm happy to hear you were able to find and hopefully solve both issues. Bypass is horrible as I learned myself. I can't imagine that AND dealing with cancer! I hope that your HRT goes well when you resume it! Best wishes to you, Paulette.
