Out of curiosity, what do you wear to bed nightly? Who sees it? Do they approve or disapprove? if sharing your bed, what do they wear?
My wife is somewhat accepting and will allow moderate undies and maybe a cami. she won't tolerate a nighty and she only wears t-shirt night shirts.

We both tend to wear our "birthday suits" for most of the year but in the winter we both wear girly PJs or she wears girly PJs and I wear a nighty.

Usually a T-shirt in summer and flannel nighty in winter. Yeah, I'm boring. And I sleep alone so don't require approval.
Lacy nightgowns with panties every night. Sometimes more feminine than my wife, who has heat issues! Makes me sleep so well...

Once the girls left the nest, I starting wearing nightgowns to bed nightly. At first mainly nylon because I love how it feels. I have felt the advantage of cotton in warm weather and now have a lot of each. My wife fully accepted what I wore to bed.

I almost always wear some sort of yoga pants and panties. It's really a nonissue but I've never really thought about wearing anything more than that. I might have to ease my fiancé into that thought.
A cute cotton stretch cami and panties. Sweats during the real cold winter nights, nothing on really hot summer nights
Thigh highs under Victoria's Secret satin PJs. My wife bought the PJs for me so she's OK with it.

Knit sleeveless nightie most nights, I have a selection of lengths but really prefer long.
Special occasions - satin embroidered nightie, also sleeveless.
My wife sees and approves. We have been sleeping together for over 50 years and never tire of each other.

Nightys. Long with sleeves in winter and short sleeveless in summer, all satin. I too sleep alone so no problems at all.

I wear a satin nightie every night , my wife knows because I asked her but she avoids trying to see me, she gives me ten minutes or so to get settled in bed, she she wears short sleeved PJs.
I have a feeling of the two she would prefer me to wear a nightie rather than underwear, obviously no forms !!
