Hmm, I'm going to operate under the constraint that I would need to be able to continue
to present a male visage on demand, so I'll eschew a fantasy body-resizing to a petite
feminine package, and leave out the alteration of features that I can simulate with the right
supplies (breasts, butt, hips, head hair).

I'll also cross out changes that I could potentially address with enough effort
(smaller waistline and female voice).

Wishing away body hair is quite tempting, but that can also be removed (and regrown)
as needed, given sufficient willpower. Not having to worry about a beard shadow would
help my makeup needs considerably, but I wouldn't want to sacrifice the ability to grow
whiskers when I want to be "rugged."

So, given that solution space, here's my list of plausible upgrades for both Sandy and male-me:

1. Nose (make it smaller and symmetrical)
2. Adam's apple (get rid of it)
3. Lips (make them fuller)
