Shorter. Smaller feet and hands. Better voice both in lady or guy mode. I am six foot six. Good for basketball and sports, and window cleaning, but not CDing. i would rather be five foot eight or nine.

Since I had the advantage of reading all the other responses before picking my 3 I decided on:
1) Total loss of all hair below the nose (OK, back of my head)
2) a perky set of boobs, with sensitive good sized nipples that would fill all the 42-C bras that I own and finally
3) the proportional body that loosing about 20 pounds would give me.
I might as well win the lottery too!

#1 Teeth - would love some implants to replace the dentures I have to suffer now.. would make me far more confident about my smile.
#2 Face - smaller chin.. cuter nose.. less forehead creases.. no eye bags.. the list goes on
#3 Permanent Hair removal - shaving is an absolute pain and I'm getting to that age now where hair is starting to grow in places I can neither reach, nor even see without the aid of a mirror.
Make my vote for hair on my head and less hair in other places for #1

1. Removal of 15 pounds of puffiness

1) Lose my love handles (they're genetic; anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking with it)
2) Shrink from 6'0" to 5'6"
3) Shrink my feet from size 11 women's to size 7 1/2 women's

Multiple life saving surgeries from severe birth defects left me with disfigurement. I'm missing half a pec on one side and the shoulder protrudes forward. It's manageable.

I've waited so long for this time. Makeup is so frustrating. Shaking hands and I look so old. This was a mistake.

1) Get rid of the waddle under my chin
2) Smaller waist so that I had hips. Not huge hips. Just some hips.
3) Much stronger nails Ya know. Ones that don't peel or flake or bend so damn easily

A butt. I don't have one.
I can't stop! A smaller nose, hips, fuller lips, a female chin, a neck smaller than 17 1/2. Hands smaller than King Kong. Real breasts. Less hair than King Kong. AAuugghh!!! I am cursed with extreme male syndrome (EMS)! But I feel so soft... makes me want to cry.
I'm only five foot seven, but my hands and feet are so big that if I dress cute I look like a Bratz doll. So here goes:
1) Smaller hands and feet.
2) More feminine nose and forehead.
3) A really bangin' little butt.
I would love to fix the pattern baldness that is attacking the top of my head and the right side of my forehead, and boobs would be nice, but since I only get three, it's wigs and falsies for me.

It may of course be a bit disturbing to sense that one is really not so firmly anchored to the gender one was born into.
I think I'd go with
1. more hair in some places
2. less hair in other places
3. a slight downsizing overall (I mean keeping everything, height, weight, hands, feet, etc., in the same proportions, but reduce the size of everything, such that my shoe size would be a women's US size 9 rather than the 10.5-11 it is currently)
