I am 30 to 40 out to my wife and 4 good friends.
Mid-40's and out to my 2 SO's and 1 good friend. They're all supportive, and occasionally go shopping with me. I also have several casual friends & acquaintances through my church who, although they don't know, wouldn't be at all surprised.
I turned 68 (just a number) today, and happily married for over 40 years. Wife knows and is supportive, but has limits. She's not comfortable with the idea of me going out into the real world while dressed. I'm attempting to raise her comfort level with that.

Over 50 and I have been out to my wife before we were married 35 years ago.
Over 60 and my wife knows.

I'm 65 in body,and it lets me know every morning geeees! how ever I'm eighteen in my head, I'm out to my GF of 20 years have been since 05 and her whole side of the family, but no one on my side knows ( I don't think anyway

Yes, she knows about it. I wear a dress more often than pants, so it's hard to miss.

Interesting - thanks for everyone who's posted. I expected the majority of ladies on here would have said they are out and happy and I suspect more because where it didn't go well when they told their SO they may not be on this forum anymore for many various reasons. I'm a little surprised that there aren't many younger members here though.
