    Any one from UAE?

Do we have any member from UAE in this site?
Or I am the only one!!!
    Just a curiosity.
Even I do not see any Indian member wearing saree, blouse and all...
Can I suggest any one of you try Indian dress!!
    A great thrill..

At the earliest opportunity I want to post my photo in Saree, hiding my face.

Be careful there. I understand the UAE (Like a lot of Muslim countries) is not particularly tolerant of crossdressing.

I see Jigna is a Hindi name, so grandly assuming you are a foreign contract worker there? Don't answer that question though. I lived and worked in Saudi for over two years and I'm sure you're more than aware, but just be very careful.

Can't say a Saree is on my shopping list but I'll look forward to seeing your pictures Jigna, with hidden face of course.

You can do a forum search using the terms saree or sari. There is one recent in the Clothing forum, and a bunch of older threads.

Jigna I would like the chance to try a saree someday, especially given that in some Indian cultures trans people are considered the 3rd gender if I recall reading that correctly, have you heard of this?

I cant stand to fly, I'm not that naive. I'm just out to find the better part of me. I'm more than a bird, I'm more than a plane, I'm more than some pretty face beside a train. Its not easy to be me.

Owning and wearing a sari is on my bucket list, but not real high on it.

I went into town today but it is very humid, I was definitely developing a nice glow. I can't imagine what it would be like down there. Even if you could safely go outside, perhaps you wouldn't want to!
