    My Guy Friends

Just doing a little thinking this morning, more like casual daydreaming mostly. But it occurred to me as I was thinking about myself in the past, that most of my very good best guy buddies were similar to me. That is we weren't the typical over the top he-man types. I guess you could say people I hungout with were males with a bit of a softer edge to them. Not feminine really, but not Tim-The-Tool-Man-Taylor either (rohw.rohw, rohw rohw rowhw). Not gay either nor Uber-hetero.
I guess if I were a girl, I would have hang out with women just like them as my best girlfriends. So we are who we are and we like who we like. Didn't talk about it at all back then, but we probably would have made great crossdressing pals (maybe I should have fessed up then) Y'all think yer cross dressing buddies are guys like this too? Just wondering in general. - Annie.

Annie, All of my male friends were not the he man types either. But I don't think they were like me either. One of my friends was a good repair and construction type and wears a beard. But he is a good humble person. Most of my friends looked up to me respectfully. But I wonder now if they knew. I also had a gay friend and he knew but he keeps good secrets. Also most gays do not like crossdressers. Naw its better not to fess up to them. One of my good friends recently passed. But they are all men as I should be. LOL, but hey it is good now.. right?

Hmmm Almost all my male friends are gay. If you aren't trying to take their boyfriends they don't care what you wear.

I still keep in touch and hang out with my guy friends from growing up. I was the bearded one and I ended up being the crossdresser, most of them know now as i've been slowly telling them all so i can just be me whenever I want and dressed however I want. None of them feel any urge to dress, so i'd say probably not. But good friends will stay with you no matter how you dress.

Ha ha I love this comment.
I have separate sets of guy friends, one set is your outdoorsmen type and the other are gay or trans in some way.
I can hang with either bunch very easily because we share the same interests.

I don't think any of my guy friends were cross dressers but like my girlfriends they encouraged me to dress.

If they had one girl with them it was easier for them to make friends with other girls at dances etc.

None of my friends, except 1 maybe, are the he-man type. I actually suspect two of them might crossdress, but as I'm closeted myself, I've never touched this subject. A few things got me to suspect those 2. One of them I'm pretty sure wore clear polish on his nails for a few days. Once when we were with the other guys talking about animes and costumes, this same guy suggested we did a group costume / cosplay from an anime where all the characters are girls....
The other guy had a distinct interest in fashion, in particular in drawing woman's clothes...also I often felt his clothes would lean slighty to a womans style...
Nothing definitive, but I can't help but wonder
