Everyone has a body part(s) that they are proud of and work hard to maintain. For me it's my butt and my legs. I try to do at least 200 squats a day on top of 20-30 minutes on a treadmill and at least a half hour in the pool. My hamstrings look killer and my bum is fairly tight. My quads and calves could stand to be a bit better but their nothing to sneeze at.
