Welcome Leah, and congratulations on finding your name. It happened in stages for me - first name, last name, middle name, then "Miss" :-)

I used to believe this, now I'm in the company of many tiggers. A tigger does not wonder why she is a tigger, she just is a tigger.

Leah is a good name. At least since your from Plano you didn't name yourself Plano Leah, because now that you are accepting yourself your a long way from just being Plano. I got to be in Ft Worth tomorrow and sure anm dreading it. Live out in West Texas where the traffic is very limited..... Lol

As others have said, the name means little, it's the fact you are comfortable enough to have a name and move forward that matters.

    Congrats Leah!
I cant stand to fly, I'm not that naive. I'm just out to find the better part of me. I'm more than a bird, I'm more than a plane, I'm more than some pretty face beside a train. Its not easy to be me.

My aunt's name was Leah. A fine name indeed!

Leah is a great name, welcome and hello to you.

Getting your name to align with who you are is so important and moving, I know once I made my mind up there was no turning me back. Plus if you can write your female name like you have used it your whole life it will freak you out or at least it did me.

There is a song called "Ahh Leah" you might like

Congratulations Leah, both for the name and for accepting yourself! All you have to do is come here to see that you are not alone!

Congrats! Leah is a great name. I remember I didn't want a name at first but felt like it was a good way to seperate my two sides. Good to hear you are accepting your CDing.
