    Stress releaf

Had a bad morning before leaving work. Got home and put on a skirt and nice top. Watched some Netflix. Then went and put on some more outfits to have my on privet fashion show. Now I feel much better. Dressing is so much a great stress release. Wish I could go full time.

While I dont dress for stress relief Ill admit it can work, I put it down to the fact you occupy yourself with something you like doing that requires a fair bit of thought thus making you forget about what stressed you out.
I cant stand to fly, I'm not that naive. I'm just out to find the better part of me. I'm more than a bird, I'm more than a plane, I'm more than some pretty face beside a train. Its not easy to be me.

It's fantastic isn't it, when I'm getting stressed at work I just plan my outfit for when I'm home. definitely helps to calm and cheer me up

It's not so much a stress relief for me but when I'm in drab I almost feel like that's when I'm deceiving people, when I get dressed I feel more relaxed and comfortable within myself xxx

Can't say that I am stressed out, but when dressed I am definitely in a better place. I feel at ease. It helps that my SO is completely OK with it and even encourages dressing. I think I would be stressed out if I had to steal moments to dress. BTW, I find that putting on makeup is a very calming activity.

I've always felt the stress relief CDing affords me. As a matter of fact it has benefited me on so many levels, physical, mental and emotional.

Not only do I CD to express my feminine side but I do it as a stress relief as well. There is no better feeling than slipping into a nice dress and feeling all your worries and problems just disappear

Dressing up used to be a great stress relief for me, but now that I've been going out more whilst dressed up I've been shopping more and going out to eat more while dressed and it's killing my bank account. Ugh I need more cash to pamper myself lol.

It does not de-stress me, but it keeps me calm. If I am stressed I need to ride my bike or walk or do something physical. Afterwards, a shower and then dress. Now I'm chill.

CDing for me is also helps me deal with stress. Since work encountered a reorganization, I find my stress level has gone thru the roof. Today was a very rough day at work (tomorrow will be even worse), so after I got home, did some house chores, ate, I quickly got fully dressed. I can feel the stress melt away.

For me dressing is triggered by stress and the onset of depression. I find the process of dressing a distraction from my reality and the pressures of the real world. Dressing relaxes me. If only for a moment I can pretend to somebody else and escape from me.

I know that many say that "dressing" relives their stress.

    However, I'm just the opposite.
If I'm stressed, I have little to no desire to dress.
It's when I'm totally stress free that I have the greatest desire to dress.
    Anyone else like that?

BTW. I'm always try to be stress free. not letting little things bother me for the most part.

Sometimes for me even thinking about changing into feminine clothes is enough to make work stress go away!

I think for me it can be a good form of stress relief when I am dressed in what I am supposed to be dressed in, much more relaxed in feminine clothing that is for sure.
