As a Dutchy I have seen this add a lot. It was everywhere on billboards, commercial and so on! I think it was last year or so when it was in the campaign.
I actually bought a push up bra at Hema for that reason and I have to admit it isn't Photoshop it works as good as show, even without fake breast.

There was also a wacoal bra ad with a male model. But I could't find that line of bras anywhere (except in taiwan I think)
