Plan to go to London in Feb in Chelsea any ideas of what to wear
Go simple/low key if you expect to blend... Doing my first trip out tomorrow and I'm wearing jeans and a t shirt!
If you don't care about blending... Wear what you like!!
tomo wear what you feel like wearing be you.First time is the hardest but after that it becomes easier.
The first five minutes of the first time is the hardest. Once you get into it it becomes easy and natural.
Wear what ever the other Chelsea girls are wearing. The pressure on you just to step out does not need to be compounded by looking like a balarina in a grocery store. Go simple, hold your head up and smile. You'll do fine.
Be yourself. Everyone else is taken!
A club top and scarf appears to be the normal wear on a Saturday.
Are you State side or UK based? I suppose it all depends on what your budget is and what you like. Central London is very accessible from Chelsea on the Tube and of course has stacks of clubs, bars etc etc.
Weather is extremely mild this year but can change in a thrice. However, it won't be Arctic conditions. We're not talking Alaska here. Are you staying or meeting anyone whilst there?

I believe, but stand to be corrected, it's normal behaviour to respond to your own post? Oh well, Troll on.

I still love struggle with going out in public. I find myself changing from a skirt and heels to leggings and boots before I leave. I don't want to attract attention to myself.
I would go with compression tights, boots and a pretty coat. However I've only gone to London in summer

Jean, boots and a sweater turtleneck will make you fit right in. A nicely padded bras will help...
Long boots and slacks, warm sweater and scarf, you will fit in nicely.
Work on your elegance,
and beauty will follow.
Without any more detailed guidance of preferences, (young/mature; smart/casual; hip/staid; etc...) I'd just recommend the outwear is waterproof...
