how do you take off your shirt?

I've never given thought to how I take my shirt off, nor assigned any gender significance to the act. Now the question has come up, I want to know for myself. I can't reliably recall how I took off my shirts in the past, and taking off the one I'm wearing now would have been influenced by the video. Now I'll never know.

Actually, no, I just tried it and ended up holding my sleeves to get my arms under my shirt and effectively pushed it out and over my head.

I have hardly ever seen guys remove a shirt "the guy way". Most I've seen do the two-handed thing, so the Youtube video is just wrong, really.
Grabbing by the back of the collar and pulling is much more likely to damage the shirt than the other methods.
