'Twas the night before Christmas....

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house
I had nothing to wear, not even a blouse
My stockings had a run but I didn't care
I knew that St, Nicholas soon would be there
The children were all snug in their beds
This was my chance to change into Jane from "Fred"
Mama looked great, I looked like crap
We just settled in for a long winters nap
When out on the the lawn there arose such a clatter
I sprang from my bed to see what's the matter
What to my wondering eyes should appear, a UPS truck filled with my new girly gear
The driver shouted " On makeup, on wigs, on shapers and gear.."
My neighbors now knew I must be queer
As he pulled away he said with a shout
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.
