Well I did the math and I figured that I've dressed up at least 3,000 times So I guess I am.
When I was sixteen my mother caught myself and two friends dressed up and said it was a phase I was going through.
Little dose she know that the phase hasn't ended yet.
Ive purged probably 4 times and still miss some of cutest clothes,once you accept who you are it feels a lot better

There are all sorts of reasons why men put on womens' clothing: Comedic performance (Monty Python, Milton Berle, etc.), sexual fetish, expression of true female self-identity (TSs), attract men (drag queens and gay CDs), expression of suppressed homosexual/bisexual desires, etc. I'm sure there are other reasons that I can't think of off the top of my head.
I find it odd that you needed to specifically say "I'm not a CrossDresser" when you've put in enough effort to look passable as a gg.
Maybe you need to go out and interact with others, meet some CDs, TSs, and others to find out where it is that you want to go with your dressing?
I understand your statement. I am a strong male and I enjoy dressing as a female. I feel like a light switch; turn it one way and I am completely male. Turn the switch and I enjoy being a girl. Call it whatever you want, but I enjoy both!

It's hard for me to know exactly why I love it, but I do.
I've been thinking lately and find it kind of strange I spend very little time on my appearance when dressing as a man.
Things like shaving, grooming my hair, choosing clothes.
I had a good laugh while Christmas shopping.
I was at MACY's and took a look in the intimates dept. I had a worn out coat with ripped pockets, pants were wrinkled, hair was a mess, hadn't shaved in days.
They had some very annoying music on and I then made a comment out loud to myself about it. I then noticed a woman near me as she nervously walked away. LOL

U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.

Strangely enough, unlike virtually everyone else in the thread, I'm really not a crossdresser! I tried to be one though, if that counts...

No dening here, I am a Cross dresser.
For myself I would say I am not a CD as that to me implies a man in woman's clothes. As I identify myself as wanting to be 100% girl when I dress, but that's just me!

Not a cross dresser here either. Society just encourages me to dress like a guy all day at work. So I go along with it for a simple life.
I CD strictly for private pleasure and haven't come 'out' to anyone. MOH knows, however, having discovered evidence from time to time, which she instantly bins.
I wouldn't dream of attempting to work 'en femme', but a bit of gentle rowing didn't hurt!

I'm not a crossdresser either. I remind myself of that every time I finish doing some wiring, plumbing, tree trimming and working on the cars, then take a shower, put on panties, a bra, pantyhose, a slip and a dress. Then I sit back and say, "Nope, I'm not a crossdresser."
