My under dressing for bed, as in falling asleep, consists of Vanity Fair nylon briefs (nothing over the panty) and a men's tee shirt one size larger than what I wear during the day. That pretty much covers what a lot of women wear going to bed..assuming she does not sleep in a cold drafty barn.
Here in the Scottish Highlands I do sleep in a cold drafty sheep pen.

I don't 'undress' for bed. I usually take off my bra and forms, keep my panties on, and don a cami or loose stretchy t-shirt. all about comfort when I sleep.
My outer garment is removed first, then my heels, then my stockings, panties and bra w/forms. I then slip on a night gown and go to bed.

Me, I sleep naked regardless.
It's warm here most of the time and I tend to run hot so for me it's those silky sleep shorts. To normalize my male kids they have plain satin boy boxers and they don't comment on my design/colour or lack of fly. On the rare occasions that I know that I will not be disturbed and if winter camisole or babydoll. I used to sleep in my panties only but to hard to explain if seen.
I sleep naked too. So, it does not matter what comes off first the end result is I'm naked.
I mostly sleep in a full slip or half slip and a camisol with panties when sleeping with my wife. When she is away or I'm traveling for work, I like to be fully femme with forms, bra, garter and stockings
I usually sleep in just panties and a tshirt but sometimes with a bra and forms I dont have any adhesive so i Have to wear a bra to hold em but sometimes its to uncomfortable depends on how long I wore one for that day altho all my bras are crazy comfortable if it wants for the lumps on my chest and the slight pressure from the band/forms I normally would forget I got one on. I do this because I am transitioning soon so I do have to get used to having breast granted I wont have crap for at least a year.
Panties, bra and a baby doll night gown; very comfy.

Depending on the temp. I have several sleep shirts and nightgowns. We have had exchange students and daughters' friends spend the night. I wear a robe (silk) if in nightgown.
I wear a nightgown -sometimes with bra and panties.
In Southern California? Tank top and panties. Maybe T shirt and panties in the winter, and sometimes panties only in the summer. Eventually I am going to sleep in baby doll night gowns. Baby dolls will be the next baby step with my wife.
Carries a spray bottle of "pink fog" around with her in her purse at all times.
