Many times, because I like to go out in the rain, since it's less chance to get across someone who knows me and if I do, I can hide my face behind the open umbrella. And for me, it's another kick. I really like to walk through low water puddles and take a chance to get wet shoes and pantyhose, but not right away.

I'm very much the same. This is especially true in spring or fall, when it's colder, and I can wear more clothes to appear more femme. It's also darker earlier, which helps It's nice, when you certainly can't pass as I can't, to be able to go out in 'public' and just walk en femme.

Only once, but not by choice. I had let my dog out just before the rain started and it started to down pore and this silly mutt would not come in out of the rain for nothing, so I went out to get it and the joker decided to play catch me if you can.
