If you think the issue is too much for your wife, discuss it with her and let her know its something you need to do but don't want to overwhelm her.

I agree with Cheryl. Keep my wife's needs in mind. Share and be honest. I believe there are times when it feels like the pink fog feeling is around but lately communication and sharing seem to be the ticket to control over doing it. Then there is always sharing a shopping trip. I love sharing this with my wife.
