I wear skirts year round but I'm also afflicted with "Spring Fever" at this time of year, every year. Can't wait for the weather to warm and the spring colours to show. Adore the lighter fabrics and brighter colours and patterns for spring. Also enjoy the gentle spring breezes on my nylon covered legs, rather than the cold bite of winter.

I too am looking forward to warmer weather. I don't own any feminine coats, so I got excited when it warmed up a bit in February that I'd be able to go out without freezing, then it got cold again, darn it. I haven't go out with bar legs under a skirt yet, come on spring!

My very favorite skirt was from Victoria's Secret. It was a long mid-calf pencil skirt with a slit offset on the front. It fit perfectly, was tight in all the right places, showed a peek of leg, and coupled with a turtleneck was the perfect causal date night outfit.

It got purged, along with some other items I'd love to have back. Oh well, fashion moves forward...

Having broad shoulders, I suffer the same problem for some dresses. I find that my hip and bum pads are essential in this case, but they don't always help enough. So I go for belted dresses, or ones that I can add a belt to, or stretchy knitted dresses, which cling to the contours of my hip pads.
