    I Stood Back for once!

    20170402_163458.jpg

I stood back and looked at my bench. I still had two & a half hours before Sunday dinner needed to be on the table.
I could have roasted lamb or chicken and kept it simple but I just couldn't do it.
(Glazed pork belly, Ginger and Soy) end result!

I had a thought of a neighbour once referring to her husband as the "not many husbands would be able to do that" guy, so pathetic that I think he may have mowed the grass himself once!

So, I vented then got back to It "Two Churches Chardy" Barossa valley. Back to cooking rather, and the more I got back into my cooking the more I was back to my old self (self of three months back).

So this isn't a question but more of an unintentional statement.
I can cook with the best of the home cooks, garden better than most and my clothing is flawless.

My thoughts are now leading me to believe that I may not be a crossdresser
Dressing may just make me look like the maid that I am!

And just when I thought I had it worked out!

(My only crime is wanting to dress)

    Stacy!

I think there are some Austrailianisms in there that go over my head but I'd point out that cooking and gardening, etc are interests. Men can have them. Women can have them. I cook fairly elaborate fare, so does my brother. I'm trans and he's not. No question on either identity. So I'm not questioning your identity, just saying don't get caught up in the fallacy of confusing interests and identity.

You say "I may not be a crossdresser" and certainly that's true. Though I'd caution against confusing crossdressing (an act you may perform) with identity. As Zooey said in another thread there's a difference between gender presentation and gender identity. Many people use the term crossdresser as an identity word but since it's easily confused with the act of crossdressing the conversation gets hard to follow. So, are you thinking your identity is transgender or are you thinking you're a cisgender male who just likes to engage in crossdressing sometimes? (Or is it none of my damn business, which is a fair answer as well. )

I am not a woman; I don't want to be a woman; I don't want to be mistaken for a woman.
I am not a man; I don't want to be a man; I don't want to be mistaken for a man.
I am a transgender person. And I'm still figuring out what that means.

Again, I find myself agreeing with Pat/Jennie. Cross dressing is an act, not an identity, just as cooking and cleaning are acts...and genderless acts at that. Some people love to entertain and elaborately so. Others order in pizza.

Read you twice Pat & Kim,
    I'll read you again.
I'm hearing want you are saying, but I'm not fully understanding it.
Will listen to you again soon.

    Thanks Stacy

Not sure why people assume girls do one thing and guys do something else.
Both are quite capable of doing either tasks at hand.

    Stacy,
You do need to multitask these days, being a male one minute and a female in the next breath is one thing. :-)
Cooking, washing and ironing are another multitask.
Now repairing the car, painting the house and killing mice and spiders go hand in hand with the rest.
I myself can use a sewing machine to make and alter clothes.
Of course the modern sewing machine is a woman's computer anyway.

Here come the feminists now. :-)

Once you get past California and move east most people do not understand Australian humour and get to New York And Washington, people are Europe orientated anyway, once you are there you have to explain the joke to the inhabitants.

I believe Chardy is Chardonnay as grown in the Napper Valley in California and the Barossa Valley is in South Australia, very much like the Napper Valley.
The Barossa Valley would be about a thousand miles from you.
So remember, you gotta explain the joke to those that are not into "Ostralian History". Another was of saying Australian. :-)
    Work on your elegance,
    and beauty will follow.

Hi Stacy, I can so relate

    Today I turn 25, or maybe 52 - don't really care.
Made wife her morning coffee in bed, did my 8 hours for the boss, got home made 2 course "birthday dinner" for 8, walked the dog, did the dishers.
Apart from dog walking, I was dressed in drab

One day I'm going to get a maids outfit, just to make it more fun.
See all my photos, read many stories of my outings and my early days at
