How long have you gone without dressing?

    Hi ladies,

just wondering how long have any of you gone without dressing?

I haven't dressed for quite a while now but i'd be absolutely lying if I said that I don't still think about dressing.
Is it normal to go for long periods without dressing?

I think the longest for me was about 7 years. I wasn't trying to not dress it just kind of went away for a while. I think it's perfectly normal.

I think I went without wearing clothes for a year or so after Uni when I moved back in with parents.
But 8 years without dressing fully (wigs and makeup). Now I'm back on track I don't expect it to ever be that long again xXx

This time, less than 2months so far. I wanted to fully dress for an up to date picture, hard to do in 2hrs by yourself! Thus the avatar and profile pictures!
Now I'm thinking that I can't realistically answer this question, as I wear nail polish & make-up every day. Just not my favourite skirt!

I'm not normal so would not think that a time period would be normal. Bit like a skirt, just would like it to be a little shorter!

I want to say around 3.5 years.

Simply absolutely no desire to during that time.

This was after a few-year period where I was femming it up pretty hard.

I was perfectly fine with its absence.

I lasted about 11 years after I got married. The longest time other wise was about 3-4 months.

I went the better part of 2 years when I was a missionary for the LDS church. I was 19-21 and only had about 30 seconds wearing a skirt in the whole 2 years.

I have just come out of my longest time of not dressing, 6+ years. There were a variety of reasons why, but now that it's behind me, I never intend to stop again.

Wore panties then purged them about 4 times in my 34+ year marriage! Totally without 1984 to 2015-31 years! Now totally dressed, was only days to months since 2015! Hugs Lana Mae

I started dressing at a very early age. I tried stopping many, many times. When my child was 3 years old my wife told me she didn't want me dressing around our children. So I stopped. All I would wear was some men's nylon pajamas to bed, because they reminded me of crossdressing. Then when my child was about 18 and leaving home to go to college, my crossdressing returned. So I went about 15 years just on will power.

There are some websites where people attempt to permanently end their crossdressing. Here is one: https://healingcd.wordpress.com/

    Red face

My wife underwent back surgery last spring (April). I was braced for losing my femme time until September as she is a teacher. Alas, right after the back surgery was over, she got a diagnosis of breast cancer. She took of this school year. So, since April 2016. That does not include my two years in the military. I had other activities to take up any free time.

    Shirley,
I don't have the opportunity to dress everyday even if that's what I would prefer to do, my needs are 24/7 it never ebbs and flows so I don't know what it's like to not dress over an extended period .
If I can't dress I shop so I can talk to SAs about clothes.

My wife once asked, " Is all I think about ?" I replied , " It's all I try not to think about !" It may sound like the Pink Fog but I know it's GD linked to AGP , the simple answer to that is I can't resolve it until I've lived it .

One point I would say to anyone is don't try and stop to prove something, I can't see the point when it's something most of us are born with so why try denying it by thinking you can force yourself to stop .

I've gone at least 10 months without fully dressing up.

I was going to say "too long", which, while accurate without being specific, doesn't quite address the intent of the question.
