My answer is just I do. It would not occur to me to put on male clothes when I get up or after a shower. The only reasoning involved is choosing the outfit.

I am sometimes a 3, but mostly a 4. For me, it is mostly a tool to settle down gender dysphoria episodes, but sometimes it is a need.
